Basic
White – Light, moist cake that works well with any icing.
Marble – Light, moist cake that works well with any icing.
Chocolate Fudge Cake – Our most popular chocolate cake. For a chocolate lover’s
dream, pair with dark chocolate truffle filling and
a chocolate ganache
Chocolate Pound Cake - Dense chocolate cake with a hint of mocha
Specialty Cakes
Red Velvet – Rich velvet chocolate base that can also be colored
with any other dark coloring – (i.e. blue, green, etc.)
Italian Cream – lightly spiced cake with pecans and coconut, excellent
paired with cream cheese filling and icing.
Carrot Cake – traditional carrot cake, all fresh ingredients, great
paired with cream cheese frosting
Pound Cake – rich buttery pound cake – excellent with or without
icing, if ordered without icing, it is great toasted
and served with tea or coffee
Apple Cake – rich cake filled with spice, fresh apples and walnuts
Chocolate Mousse Cake – Either chocolate pound or chocolate fudge cake filled
with chocolate mousse and chocolate truffle filling of your choice.
White Chocolate Mousse Cake – Chocolate fudge cake brushed with coffee liqueur,
filled with two layers white chocolate mousse and a
layer of fresh berry preserves.
Chocolate Hazelnut – Chocolate fudge cake brushed with hazelnut liqueur
filled with Hazelnut cream filling and chocolate mousse.
Chocolate Berry – Layers of chocolate fudge cake brushed with coffee
liqueur filled with raspberry or strawberry preserves.
Lemon Berry Pound Cake – All butter pound cake brushed with fresh lemon glaze
filled with any berry preserve.
Lemon Delight – Lemon kissed cake brushed with lemon syrup and filled
with tangy lemon curd. The lemon flavor is offset by
luscious French buttercream icing.
Almond Petit Fours – Bite sized cakes with a hint of almond and individually
decorated. Petit Fours are perfect for baby and wedding
showers and afternoon teas.
